Free eBook 1 – Be A More Successful Fitness or Exercise Professional
You probably realise that you need to find a way to stand out in a very crowded market and also get more clients by serving them in a much bigger way, others others will step in and do so, leaving you behind.
However, with so many different courses available and so little information out there helping you to make an informed decision, it is not surprising that fitness professionals are not sure where to turn and how to proceed.
Further, for those who do decide to seek out additional training, a high percentage opt for courses that move them from whatever “qualification level” they are today to the next “qualification level” in the established training hierarchy for their chosen discipline, whether that be Personal Training, Group Exercise, Yoga, Pilates or whatever it is they do.
It is situations like these that have prompted us to write this guide.
Free eBook 2 – One Size Doesn’t Fit All
Our One Size Doesn’t Fit All eBook explains how you can make significantly more successful exercise decisions for your clients, that improve their chances of success and actually reduce their risk of tightness, mobility, pain or injury at the same time.
In our FREE eBook, we introduced you to the concept that it is all about your client, not about you, and that seeking out professional development training that helps you understand your client’s bodies in significantly greater detail than you do now is crucial, rather than simply looking for the next level qualification, the latest exercise fad or newest piece of equipment.
What decision process do you use to make exercise decisions for your clients?
This eBook explains why what you can observe or feel, along with what your clients tell you about what is going on with their body, is potentially giving you a false picture of what is actually going on inside.
We analyse some commonly prescribed exercises and look at them in light of the very latest research and science to see how they might possibly be laying the foundations for future persistent tightness, mobility issues, pain or even injury.
We look at what physiological structures make up a muscle and / or are associated with a muscle, why some of these structures would never be stretched, explaining why this is so important and what the potential implications are when we decide to stretch, mobilise, condition or activate a muscle.
We then present an action plan for you to take and use straight away enabling you to adjust your exercise decisions to help your clients in a much bigger way by reducing their risk of injury.
